目的:观察先兆流产应用中药安子合剂治疗的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:将105例先兆流产患者随机分为两组,中药组口服安子合剂进行治疗,对照组肌注黄体酮治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组的各症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组的各症状评分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),中药组各症状评分降低程度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);治疗后中药组的临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.200,P=0.028),中药组疗效优于对照组。结论:先兆流产采用中药安子合剂其药物成分能够全方位多角度治疗,且效果显著,可在临床上推荐应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of threatened miscarriage application of Chinese medicine Yazi Mixture, and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: 105 cases of threatened abortion were randomly divided into two groups. The Chinese medicine group was treated with Anzai Mixture and the control group was treated with progesterone. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the score of each symptom in both groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment (P = 0.000) (P <0.05 or 0.01). After treatment, the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of the control group (Z = -2.200, P = 0.028). The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that of the control group Better than the control group. Conclusion: Threatened abortion using traditional Chinese medicine Yasushi Mixture can comprehensively treat the multidisciplinary drug components with good effect and can be recommended for clinical application.
