分析了某三轴燃气轮机喷水中冷循环性能,研究中冷喷水量与进口空气量比在0%~2%之间时主要热力参数的变化趋势。在此基础上完成该机组中冷喷水量与进口空气量比为0.45%的试验。试验结果显示,以0.8~1.0 Ne额定工况为基准,保持低压涡轮排气温度不变,可以使输出功率增加约7.5%,效率升高约1.8%(相对值),高压轴转速基本恒定,低压轴转速增加约1.8%,NOx排放量降低约10%。可见,级间喷水中冷是改善该机组性能的有效手段。
The cooling cycle performance of a three-axis gas turbine was analyzed. The main thermal parameters of the three-shaft gas turbine were studied when the ratio of cold water injection to inlet air ratio was between 0% and 2%. On this basis to complete the unit in the cold water jet and the inlet air ratio of 0.45% of the test. The test results show that maintaining the low pressure turbine exhaust temperature unchanged with the condition of rated 0.8-1.0 Ne can increase the output power by 7.5% and the efficiency by 1.8% (relative value), and the speed of the high pressure shaft is basically constant. Low-pressure shaft speed increased by about 1.8%, NOx emissions decreased by about 10%. Can be seen, interstage water spray is an effective means to improve the performance of the unit.
