近三年来，对晚期食管贲门癌狭窄22例及癌狭窄伴食道支气管瘦2例（均为STOOLⅣ级），我们先予微波烧灼后安置金属支架，获短期疗效，现报告如下。资料与方法一、临床资料男24例，59～68岁，平均64岁。其中8例食管下段至贲门狭窄，因腹腔广泛转移，失去手术机会；12例为术后半年
In the past three years, for advanced esophageal and cardiac cancer stenosis in 22 cases and cancer stenosis with esophageal bronchial stenosis in 2 cases (both STOOLIV grade), we first placed metal stents after microwave cauterization to obtain short-term results. The report is as follows. Materials and Methods 1. Clinical data: 24 males, 59-68 years old, average 64 years old. Among them, 8 cases were narrowed from the lower part of the esophagus to the cardiac cardiomyopathy. They lost their chance of surgery due to extensive metastases in the abdominal cavity.
