INTRODUCTIONIn order to study the relationship between oncogeneexpression and HCC generation,we observed theprecancerous hepatic GGT loci,IGF-Ⅱ,p53 andp21 expression during hepatocarcinogenesis of treeshrew induced by hepatitis B virus (HBV) and/oraflatoxin B1 (AFB1).
