先天性睾丸缺如包括两个概念,双侧缺如者是无睾丸畸形(无睾症),单侧缺如者是单睾丸畸形(单睾症Monorchidism)。和常见的隐睾症概念不同,后者仅是睾丸下降时的位置异常。 单睾丸畸形虽不常见,但国外文献已有较多个案报告。Goldberg指出文献中单睾丸畸形已达百例,并又报道了39例。武田尚总结了日本1939～1972年报道的50例,其后到1976年,日本文献又报道了43例。估计此病国内不会罕见,但未见报告。本文报道我院经手术证
Congenital absence of the testis includes two concepts, absence of both sides of the absence of testicular deformity (no testis), unilateral absence is a single testicular deformity (Monorchidism). And the concept of common cryptorchidism is different, the latter is only the location of testicular descent abnormalities. Although the single testicular deformity is not common, but foreign literature has more case reports. Goldberg pointed out that the single testicular deformity in the literature has reached 100 cases, and another reported 39 cases. Takeda still summed up the Japanese reported from 1939 to 1972, 50 cases, then to 1976, Japanese literature has reported 43 cases. It is estimated that the disease will not be rare in the country, but no report was reported. This article reports our hospital by surgery card
