据统计,全国每年约有7000km高速公路待维修,江西近两年将维修改造约800km高速公路。高速公路维修改造应能科学的循环利用旧路面材料,节约资源,保护环境。本文简要介绍泰赣高速公路乳化沥青厂拌冷再生下面层配合比设计方法、施工工艺。乳化沥青厂拌冷再生混合料能够满足路面下面层的技术要求,能取得较大的经济和社会效益,具有较大的推广应用价值。
According to statistics, there are about 7000km expressways in the country to be repaired every year, and about 800km expressways will be repaired and renovated in Jiangxi in the recent two years. Highway maintenance and renovation should be able to scientifically recycle old pavement materials, save resources and protect the environment. This article briefly introduces the mix design method and construction process of the bottom layer of cold-reclaimed asphalt mixing plant in Tai-Gan Expressway. Emulsified asphalt plant mixed with cold recycled mixture to meet the technical requirements of the road below the surface, can achieve greater economic and social benefits, with greater value of the promotion.
