At the invitation of Department of Materials Engineering, former President of International Society for Heat Treatment, Vice Chairman of British Metal Society, editor of Surface Engineering of International Magazine, internationally renowned material science expert, director of Institute of Surface Engineering, School of Metallurgy and Materials, University of Birmingham, UK. Dr. Bell and his entourage Dr. Sun Yong came to our hospital to give lectures on September 6. Professor T.Bell introduced the research overview of the British material science and the development and application of the international surface engineering technology.
