现代企业制度的建立客观上要求建立现代企业档案管理制度。管理观念落后,管理手段单一,缺乏复合型档案管理人才,是当前企业档案管理工作中面临的主要问题。要提高现代企业档案管理工作水平,为建立现代企业制度服务,就需要从不同方面入手,大力推进企业档案管理工作改革,建立现代企业档案管理制度。
