On August 2, Zeng Tianshan, the deputy governor of Yunnan Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, went to the State Department of Local Records for investigation. During the investigation, Zeng Tianshan conducted in-depth visits to various departments and exchanged cordially with the vast numbers of cadres and workers. At the same time, he held a symposium and listened to the work reports of the principals of the party-group in the prefectural chronicles department. Zeng Tianshan’s work and achievements made by the party group of the prefectural local chronicles office have affirmed the new progress and new breakthrough of the local chronicles in the state and have conducted in-depth exchanges on the difficulties and problems facing the development of local chronicles.
