肝脏的缺血再灌注损伤是肝脏外科面临的一个重要课题。近年来,随着基础研究的深入,对肝脏的缺血再灌注损伤的机制以及预防有了进一步的认识。笔者就肝脏的缺血再灌注损伤的分子机制及中药对肝缺血再灌注损伤的预处理等相关方面的进展作一综述。
Liver ischemia-reperfusion injury is an important issue faced by liver surgery. In recent years, with the deepening of basic research, there has been further understanding of the mechanism and prevention of liver ischemia-reperfusion injury. The authors reviewed the molecular mechanisms of liver ischemia-reperfusion injury and the advances of traditional Chinese medicine on hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.
