目的 :观察两种不同药剂复配 ,对现用集装箱卫生处理的效果。方法 :模拟现场试验。结果 :硫酰氟、溴甲烷和虫菌畏单一使用 ,在常用浓度下对大肠杆菌灭菌率在 2 5 %以下 ,对淡色库蚊 2 4h杀灭率在 30 .13%以下 ;常用浓度加倍量对淡色库蚊 2 4h杀灭率在 5 5 .2 0 %以下 ;对德国小蠊和美洲大蠊的杀灭率亦仅为 39.17%和 43.33%以下。溴甲烷、环氧乙烷、硫酰氟中两种药剂复配使用药效提高明显 ,其中硫酰氟与环氧乙烷或溴甲烷与环氧乙烷复配使用 ,杀虫、灭鼠效果尤好。结论 :本文首次报道硫酰氟与环氧乙烷复配使用可明显提高药效。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of two different medicaments compounding on the current container sanitation treatment. Method: Simulate field test. Results: Sulfuryl fluoride, methyl bromide and bacitracin were used singly. The sterilization rate of Escherichia coli was less than 25% under common concentrations and below 30.13% for Culex pipiens pallens. The common concentration doubled amount The killing rate of Culex pipiens pallens was lower than 45.2% in 24 h, and the killing rates of German cockroach and American cockroach were only 39.17% and 43.33%. Methyl bromide, ethylene oxide, sulfuryl fluoride in the two agents used in combination with significant improvement in efficacy, which sulfuryl fluoride and ethylene oxide or methyl bromide and ethylene oxide complex use, insecticide, rodent control effect is particularly good . Conclusion: This paper reports for the first time that the combination of sulfuryl fluoride and ethylene oxide can significantly improve the efficacy.
