为加强建筑施工企业安全生产许可证的动态监管,促进建筑施工企业保持和改善安全生产条件,控制和减少伤亡事故,建设部质量安全司近日发出《建筑施工企业安全生产许可证动态监管规定》(征询意见稿),该征询意见稿对于以往存在建筑施工安全隐患的方面进行了明确限定,提出未取得安全生产许可证的建筑施工企业不得参加建设工程施工投标活动,以从源头上杜绝安全问题。
