回顾我国图书馆社会职能的研究历史 ,指出目前学术研究及图书馆实践中存在的某些问题 ,并提出在社会主义初级阶段认识和实现我国图书馆社会职能的观点与方法。
It reviews the history of the research on the social functions of Chinese libraries, points out some problems existing in academic research and library practice, and points out the viewpoints and methods of understanding and realizing the social functions of Chinese libraries in the primary stage of socialism.
