在液体培养过程中,不同pH(3.5~6.0)和Al3+浓度(0~40μm)对二个大豆品种浙春3号和浙春2号幼苗生长及根尖细胞蛋白质合成有明显的影响,并且二个品种间存在差异.pH>4.5是二个品种幼苗适宜的生长环境;pH<4.0明显抑制其生长.在pH4.3的条件下二个品种均有较强的耐铝性.总的来看,浙春2号的耐酸铝性强于浙春3号.根尖细胞蛋白质PAGE分析表明,浙春2号经100μmAl3+~400μmAl3+处理144h后,Rf0.75带蛋白质表达受抑制
