目的:探讨高血压性脑出血(HICH)患者血清铁蛋白(SF)水平变化与患者血肿周围脑水肿的关系。方法:选取本院病神经内科2013年8月~2015年10月收集的69例HICH患者作为病例组,40例健康对象作为对照组,分别于入院第1d、3d、7d、14d测定HICH患者外周血中SF的水平,同时采用CT检查HICH患者脑血肿及水肿体积,并分析二者的相关性。结果:病例组患者的血清中SF水平在患者入院后第1d、3d、7d、14d均显著的高于对照组;病例组患者的血清SF水平在入院后逐渐升高,在第3d左右达到最高水平后逐渐降低;病例组患者的脑血肿体积、绝对水肿体积、相对水肿体积在患者入院后第1d、3d、7d、14d逐渐升高,在第7d左右达到最高水平后逐渐降低;病例组患者的脑水肿相对水肿体积与患者的血清SF水平呈显著的正相关关系。结论:HICH患者的血清SF水平显著的升高,并且与患者的脑水肿程度具有显著的相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum ferritin (SF) level and cerebral edema in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH). Methods: Totally 69 HICH patients collected from August 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected as the case group and 40 healthy subjects as the control group. The HICH patients were measured on the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th day after admission respectively Blood SF levels, while using CT examination of HICH patients with cerebral hematoma and edema volume, and analyze the correlation between the two. Results: Serum SF levels of patients in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group on the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th day after admission. Serum SF levels of the patients in the case group increased gradually after admission and reached the highest level on the 3rd day The levels of edema, absolute edema and volume of edema increased gradually on the 1st day, the 3rd day, the 7th day and the 14th day after admission, and gradually decreased after reaching the highest level on the 7th day. Conclusions: Serum SF levels are significantly elevated in patients with HICH and have a significant correlation with the degree of brain edema in patients.
