冻融破坏是混凝土建筑物损坏的主要形式之一,为全面分析了解混凝土在冻融循环作用下的破坏原因,对过大的水灰比使混凝土结构生成不同的孔隙体系,及不同体系对抗冻的影响程度进行分析,找到了结构体系中孔隙比率与水灰比因果关系;研究分析了集料的孔隙率、强度、粒径等对抗冻性能的影响;根据引气剂的作用原理,确定了利用引气剂改善混凝土抗冻性能的途径;从水泥品种、施工环境、施工工艺等方面分析了影响混凝土抗冻性能的各种因素,为消除各因素对抗冻性能的影响提供了依据。
Freeze-thaw damage is one of the main forms of damage to concrete buildings. In order to comprehensively understand the causes of concrete failure under the effects of freeze-thaw cycles, the excessive water-cement ratio results in different pore systems for concrete structures and different systems against frost The effect degree of the air entraining agent was analyzed, and the causal relationship between the pore ratio and the water-cement ratio was found. The influence of aggregate porosity, strength and particle size on frost resistance was studied. According to the action principle of air entraining agent, The ways of using air-entraining agent to improve the frost-resistance of concrete are analyzed. Various factors that affect frost resistance of concrete are analyzed from the aspects of cement variety, construction environment and construction technology, which provides a basis for eliminating the influence of various factors on frost resistance.
