文武大臣具呈的奏摺,皇帝用硃笔(皇家大丧期间则改用墨笔)批复,即是硃批奏摺。皇上批过的奏摺,发还具摺人执行照办后,要定期缴回皇宫。个别未作批示的奏摺,就留在宫中了。有相当多的现存宫中硃批奏摺,皇帝只是批以“知道了”、“览”、“该部议处”等简单的套语。然而,雍正帝所作硃批卻有其特点。
The Minister of Civil and Military Affairs presented a memorial that the emperor replied with Zhu Pen (using the ink pen during the royal funeral), namely, Zhu’s memorial. The memorial that the emperor approved, and the return of a confiscated executive photo must be regularly paid back to the palace. Some did not make a memorial for memorial, left in the palace. However, the Zhuang batch made by the Emperor Yongzheng has its own characteristics.
