毒性试验在预测和评价化学品的环境效应方面起着重要作用。以水生生物为受试对象的毒性试验近些年来得到了迅速发展和广泛应用。该文根据受试对象的不同,把水生生物毒性试验分为:藻类毒性试验、细菌类毒性试验、原生动物类毒性试验、蚤类毒性试验、鱼类毒性试验及群落级毒性试验。对各类毒性试验方法的应用情况进行了综述熏并展望了毒性试验的发展方向。
Toxicity tests play an important role in predicting and assessing the environmental effects of chemicals. Toxicity tests on aquatic organisms have been rapidly developed and widely used in recent years. According to the different subjects, the aquatic toxicity test is divided into: algae toxicity test, bacterial toxicity test, protozoan toxicity test, flea toxicity test, fish toxicity test and community toxicity test. The application of various toxicity test methods are summarized and the development direction of toxicity test is prospected.
