经查询资料发现,我国的铸件总产量已连续9年位居世界第一位,是当之无愧的世界铸造大国,但每年仍需从海外进口高性能铸件。比对众多的进口铸件明细,其共同点都是高端精密铸件,这反映出我国的铸件高端技术水平还远远落后于世界发达国家,这就要求我们在现有的技术水平上,通过严抓质量,提高其使用效果。下面笔者根据所在单位的实际情况就液压支架铸件的质量问题和检测方法进行概述,本文中的铸件指矿用井下液压支架中的柱窝、柱帽两种配件。
