患者男,84岁,因“体检发现血糖升高10余年,定期复查”入院。长期予甘精胰岛素注射液+阿卡波糖治疗,血糖控制佳。既往有高血压病、冠心病、慢性心力衰竭等病史多年,长期口服波立维、拜阿司匹林、美托洛尔、立普妥、依姆多;血压控制佳;个人史、家族史无特殊。入院查体:T 36.4℃,BP 128/73 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),神清合作,体位自主,双肺呼吸音清,心率68次/min,律齐,腹部(-),双下肢无水肿,神经系统(-)。
