目的 研究红细胞和组织中胰岛素受体变化的相关性。方法 通过静脉注射链脲佐菌素( Streptozocin , S T Z) 致大鼠糖尿病模型,采用放射性配体结合法观察8 wk 内胰岛素受体变化。结果 红细胞和组织胰岛素受体各常数具有较好的相关性( P< 005) ,红细胞受体和肝细胞受体的相关性略优于肌细胞。结论 在 S T Z 所致糖尿病大鼠中,红细胞膜上胰岛素受体的变化同步反映了靶细胞( 肝和肌肉) 中受体的变化情况
Objective To study the correlation between insulin receptor changes in erythrocytes and tissues. Methods The model of diabetic rats was induced by intravenous injection of Streptozocin (S T Z), and the changes of insulin receptor within 8 weeks were observed by radioligand binding assay. Results There was a good correlation between the constants of erythrocyte and tissue insulin receptor (P <005), and the correlation between erythrocyte receptor and hepatocyte receptor was slightly better than that of muscle cells. CONCLUSIONS: The changes of insulin receptor on erythrocyte membrane synchronously reflect the changes of receptors in target cells (liver and muscle) in STZ-induced diabetic rats
