根据1977年WARC—BS会议的决定,能在第一、三两区稳定地开展12GHz频段卫星广播业务的条件业已具备,为此,世界各国无不在积极地研究各自的广播卫星计划,并纷纷要求付诸实施。本文通过世界诸国、特别是卫星广播业务较发达国家的广播卫星计划,较全面、系统地综述了卫星广播技术的发展现状。水平及其将来的发展动态;不仅纵观了国外状况,而且亦介绍了我国的目前水平及未来计划。总之,本文旨在使该专业科研人员及时、全面了解世界各国卫星广播技术,以促进我国的卫星广播事业。
According to the decision of the WARC-BS meeting in 1977, the conditions for a stable operation of the 12 GHz band satellite broadcasting service in the first and third regions have been met. Therefore, all countries in the world are actively studying their respective broadcasting satellite programs and are demanding Put into practice. This article gives a comprehensive and systematic overview of the status quo of the development of satellite broadcasting through the broadcasting satellite programs of all countries in the world, especially the more developed countries in satellite broadcasting.
