随着我国经济的迅猛发展,在人事改革的速度进程方面也是迅速,也因此我国的人事档案管理制度的一些问题更加凸显,而且在这个人才为重的时代改革我国人事档案管理显得格外重要。针对其中出现的一些弊端,我国应该马上采取解决措施,将人事档案管理的质量和效率得到妥善的提高,也能更好的面对未来我国人才市场的变动,为我国后期发展打下更好的基础。下文就对改革我国人事档案管理中出现的问题进行分析,提出解决的略干方法。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the speed of personnel reform is also rapid. As a result, some problems of China’s personnel archives management system become more prominent, and it is particularly important to reform the personnel archives management in this era of talent emphasis. In response to some of the malpractices, our country should take immediate measures to solve the problems, properly improve the quality and efficiency of personnel records management, and better meet the future changes of the talent market in our country so as to lay a better foundation for the later development of our country . The following is an analysis of the problems that have arisen in the reform of our personnel archives management and puts forward some solutions to the problem.
