鞍钢股份有限公司第一炼钢厂采用新技术对原有的厚板坯铸机进行高效化技术改造,开发了连铸二次冷却工艺模拟软件,并针对鞍钢厚板坯连铸机的实际状况,优化二次冷却工艺,改善了季节差异造成的铸坯质量波动。铸机单流年产量达到156万t,超设计能力30%。铸坯质量显著改善,实现了铸坯的热装热送。铸机高技术高附加值产品的比例明显提高,X60~X80管线用钢和ADB610D三峡右岸蜗壳用钢已大批量生产。
The first steel mill of Ansteel Co., Ltd. adopted new technology to revamp the original thick slab caster and developed the secondary cooling process simulation software for continuous casting. According to the actual situation of the thick slab caster , Optimize the secondary cooling process, to improve the quality of the slab caused by seasonal differences fluctuations. Caster single stream annual output reached 1.56 million t, 30% of design capacity. Billet quality significantly improved to achieve the hot charge of the billet delivery. Casting machine high-tech high value-added products significantly increased the proportion of X60 ~ X80 pipeline steel and ADB610D Three Gorges right bank volute steel has been mass-produced.
