目的了解大学生自杀意念的状况及其与生活事件、社会支持的相关性,为高校进行有针对性的预防干预提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,选取皖西学院1650名本科大学生,应用一般情况调查表、Beck自杀意念调查表(BSSI)、青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行调查,并通过单因素和多因素分析,探讨自杀意念与生活事件、社会支持的相关性。结果皖西学院大学生1周内自杀意念发生率为14.4%,低年级、单亲家庭、有躯体残疾的学生自杀意念的发生率较高。Logistic回归分析显示,高年级、较高的主观支持和支持利用度是自杀意念的保护性因素,而经济状况差和较高的负性生活事件则是自杀意念产生的危险因素。结论大学生自杀意念的发生率较高,自杀意念的形成是多种因素作用的结果;应采取多种预防措施,防止自杀行为的发生。
Objective To understand the status of college students’ suicidal ideation and their correlation with life events and social support so as to provide a theoretical basis for targeted preventive intervention in colleges and universities. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 1650 undergraduates from Wanxi University. The questionnaires of general conditions, Beck’s suicide ideation questionnaire (BSSI), adolescent’s life event scale (ASLEC), social support rating scale (SSRS) Investigate and investigate the correlation between suicidal ideation and life events and social support through univariate and multivariate analysis. Results The incidence of suicidal ideation in Wanxi college students was 14.4% in one week. The incidence of suicidal ideation of students in lower grades, single-parent families and people with physical disabilities was higher. Logistic regression analysis showed that higher grades, higher levels of subjective support and support utilization were protective factors of suicidal ideation, while poor economic status and higher negative life events were risk factors of suicidal ideation. Conclusions The incidence of suicidal ideation among college students is high, and the formation of suicidal ideation is the result of many factors. A variety of preventive measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of suicidal behavior.
