用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外吸收(FTIR)对InN粉末在空气中的热稳定性进行了分析研究。结果表明:当温度低于400℃时,InN非常稳定;但当温度超过500℃时,InN很容易被氧化;当温度增加到600℃时,InN被完全氧化成In_2O_3。
The thermal stability of InN powder in air was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The results show that InN is very stable when the temperature is lower than 400 ℃, but InN is easily oxidized when the temperature is higher than 500 ℃. When the temperature is increased to 600 ℃, InN is completely oxidized to In_2O_3.
