随着我国建筑市场的不断发展,以及社会竞争不断加剧,建筑业的发展壮大已成为促进我国社会发展和进行的重要行业,但是建筑工程施工过程中的质量控制也成为建筑行业关注的焦点。近年来,在建筑行业发展过程中,虽然精品工程不断涌现,但是也不断出现豆腐渣工程,严重威胁人民生命财产安全。因此,目前建筑工程的质量与安全管理已经成为建筑行业关注的热点问题。因此加强建筑工程质量管理,注意对建筑施工过程中安全事故的分析,把工程施工质量作为建筑工程的生命,安全则作为建筑工程的卫士来进行建筑施工质量控制。
With the continuous development of China’s construction market and the increasing social competition, the development and expansion of the construction industry has become an important industry to promote the development of our society. However, the quality control during the construction of construction projects has also become the focus of the construction industry. In recent years, in the course of the development of the construction industry, although the top-quality projects continue to emerge, the project of bean curd residue continues to appear, which seriously threatens people’s lives and property. Therefore, the current construction quality and safety management has become a hot issue in the construction industry. Therefore, strengthening the quality management of construction projects, pay attention to the analysis of construction accidents in the construction process, the quality of construction as the life of construction projects, construction safety as a construction project to carry out quality control of construction.
