建立了多级梯度淋洗-抑制电导离子色谱法测定水中13种阴离子的分析方法,通过对流速、柱温、pH、色谱柱选择、淋洗液浓度等影响因素的研究,探索出了适合13种阴离子分析测定的多级梯度淋洗条件。最优实验条件为:流速为1.00 m L/min,柱温为35℃,pH在5.6~6.9之间。实验结果表明,除CO~(2-)_3自身不稳定外,其他12种组分在0.005~20.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(>0.9995),检出限(S/N=3)为0.8~16.0μg/L;在0.10,0.20,5.00 mg/L 3个添加浓度水平下,回收率在90.4%~107.6%之间,相对标准偏差为0.08%~5.3%。方法适于饮用水、地下水、灌溉水等环境水体中13种阴离子的痕量分析测定。
A multilevel gradient elution-suppression ion conductivity method was developed for the determination of 13 anions in water. The effects of factors such as flow rate, column temperature, pH, column selection and eluent concentration were studied. Multi-stage gradient elution assay for anion analysis. The optimum experimental conditions were as follows: the flow rate was 1.00 m L / min, the column temperature was 35 ℃ and the pH was 5.6 ~ 6.9. The experimental results showed that there was a good linear relationship (> 0.9995) between the other 12 components in the concentration range of 0.005 ~ 20.0 mg / L except the CO 2 - = 3) was 0.8 ~ 16.0μg / L. The recoveries ranged from 90.4% to 107.6% at the concentrations of 0.10,0.20 and 5.0.00 mg / L, with the relative standard deviations of 0.08% -5.3%. The method is suitable for the determination of 13 anions in drinking water, groundwater, irrigation water and other environmental waters.
