随着时代的变迁,国家经济不断发展和市场经济的逐渐复苏以及不断完善的市场经济体制,在整个市场蓬勃发展的背景下,企业在开拓市场时逐渐产生了一些工作上的问题,尤其是党群工作上。而随着党的十八大召开以来,对企业的党群工作有了更加严苛的要求,投出了更高的指标,那么,如何在不违反国家政策的大前提下,正确的克服企业党群在工作中所遇到的问题呢?本文旨在通过对当前企业党群在工作中所遇到的问题进行思考,并提出解决对策,旨在提高党和企业的凝聚力和向心力。
