随着信息技术的发展以及网络普及率的提高,网络资源使用的日趋紧张,文章提出了一种有效调配信息基础网络资源可行性办法——虚拟计费。文中对于虚拟计费的概念理论和管理系统进行了介绍,重点描述了管理策略。探讨了虚拟计费一些技术难题,归纳提出了整体的研究思路和实现方法。
With the development of information technology and the increase of network penetration rate, the use of network resources is becoming more and more tense. The article proposes a feasible method for efficiently allocating information network resources - virtual charging. The article introduces the concept of virtual billing theory and management system, focusing on the management strategy described. Discusses some technical problems of virtual charging and summarizes the overall research ideas and methods.
