对企业来说,创新就是其持续发展的命脉。对园区来说,体制创新更意味着更大的产出。2013年11月12日,大连市首家以工业地产模式运营的民营高科技产业园区——大连鼎欣生物医药产业园行隆重奠基仪式。这是大连花园口经济区与长沙国家生物产业基地创新管理体制机制,跨区域合作的成果。鼎欣生物医药产业园总投资64亿元,当天,一期投资9亿元、共11个项目同时入园。
For enterprises, innovation is the lifeblood of its sustainable development. For the park, institutional innovation means more output. On November 12, 2013, Dalian City, the first private hi-tech industrial park operating in industrial real estate mode, Dalian Dingxin Biomedical Industrial Park held a grand groundbreaking ceremony. This is the result of the cooperation between Dalian Huayuankou Economic Zone and Changsha National Bio-Industrial Base for innovative management system and cross-regional cooperation. Dingxin Biomedical Industrial Park with a total investment of 6.4 billion yuan, the same day, a 900 million investment, a total of 11 projects at the same time admission.
