目的:对社区中老年人睡眠质量状况进行调查分析。方法:2017年1月于大朗社区随机抽取中老年人共126名作为研究对象,对其均采用现场问卷调查进行了解,现场发放睡眠状况调查表并统一收回,汇总数据得出研究结果。结果:所调查的126名中老年人中,有睡眠障碍者占103名,占比为81.75%,正常睡眠者占23名,占比为18.25%,数据组间比较,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中居住环境、相关疾病、使用助眠药物、心理因素、饮食因素都是影响中老年人睡眠的主要因素。结论:为了提高中老年人的睡眠质量,建议改善其睡眠环境、帮助养成良好的睡眠习惯、调节好其心理状态,并提醒合理选用助眠药物。
Objective: To investigate the quality of sleep in community elderly. Methods: In January 2017, a total of 126 middle-aged and elderly people were selected randomly from Dalang community for study. All of them were surveyed by on-the-spot questionnaires. The questionnaire on sleep status was distributed on the spot and was collected uniformly. Results: Of the 126 middle-aged and elderly people surveyed, 103 had sleep disorders, accounting for 81.75%, and 23 were normal sleepers, accounting for 18.25%. There were statistically significant differences among the data sets P <0.05). The living environment, related diseases, the use of sleep-depressing drugs, psychological factors and dietary factors are the main factors that affect the sleep of the elderly. Conclusion: In order to improve the quality of sleep in middle-aged and elderly people, it is suggested to improve their sleeping environment, to help develop good sleep habits, to adjust their psychological status, and to remind the rational use of sleeping pills.
