选取青海省平安县平安镇为监测点,采用改良加藤厚涂片法检查监测点内≥3周岁常住居民土源性线虫感染情况,其中3~12周岁儿童加做透明胶纸肛试法查蛲虫卵。采集10个居民户的菜园、厕所周边、庭院、厨房土样查蛔虫卵。结果表明,监测点内人群蛔虫感染率为5.93%(62/1046),未查出鞭虫、蛲虫感染者。收集10户共40份土壤,其中10份检出人蛔虫卵,阳性率为25.00%。菜园、厕所周边、厨房和庭院土壤人蛔虫卵阳性率分别为5.00%、10.00%、2.50%和7.50%。表明平安县人群感染土源性线虫虫种以蛔虫为主,且主要为轻度感染,儿童是主要感染人群,土壤蛔虫卵污染是造成人体感染的风险因素。
Ping’an, Ping’an County, Qinghai Province was selected as the monitoring point. The infection of soil-borne nematodes ≥3 years of resident population in the monitoring sites was examined by modified Kato thick smear method. Among them, children aged 3 ~ 12 years old were examined with translucent adhesive tape Egg. Collection of 10 households in the vegetable garden, toilets around the courtyard, kitchen soil sample roundworm eggs. The results showed that the prevalence of ascaris infection in the monitoring sites was 5.93% (62/1046), and no infection with whipworm or pinworm was detected. A total of 40 soil samples were collected from 10 households, of which 10 were positive for Ascaris eggs and the positive rate was 25.00%. The positive rates of ascaris eggs in vegetable gardens, toilets, kitchens and courtyard soils were 5.00%, 10.00%, 2.50% and 7.50%, respectively. The results showed that the population of earthworm-borne nematode in Pingan County was mainly roundworm, and the infection was mainly mild. Children were the major infectious population. The contamination of soil ascaris egg was the risk factor of human infection.
