猪霍乱杆菌败血症尚属罕见,我们收治一例,报道如下: 患者男性,30岁,社员,因发热、皮肤黄染8天于1982年3月入院。患者在入院前8天无原因感发热、寒战、恶心、呕吐、上腹部胀满不适,尿黄如浓茶色。查体:体温38℃,脉搏124,血压120/90mmHg。巩膜及全身皮肤重度黄染。心律整齐,无杂音。两肺呼吸清晰。肝下界在右肋下2cm,剑突下3cm。质软,边略钝,轻度触痛。莫菲氏征(±)。脾刚触及。血色素12.3g％,红细胞424,白细胞11.300,中性81％。尿三胆均为阳性。黄疸指数60单位,胆红素6.05mg％,凡登白氏试验呈双向反应。谷丙转氨酶314单位,超声波:肝呈较密微小波,空腹胆囊5×6×4mm~3,试验收缩不良。

Under the right lower rib of the liver 2cm, xiphoid 3cm. Soft, slightly blunt, mild tenderness. Murphy’s sign (±). Spleen just touched. Hemoglobin 12.3g%, Erythrocytes 424, WBC 11.300, Neutral 81%. Urine three gallbladder are positive. 60 units of jaundice index, bilirubin 6.05mg%, Allden White’s test showed a two-way reaction. 314 units of alanine aminotransferase, ultrasound: liver was more dense micro-wave, fasting gallbladder 5 × 6 × 4mm ~ 3, poor test contraction.
