本文对比了4213保护渣和生产用保护渣的物化性能和使用效果,讨论了4213保护渣的组成,特别是配入蛭石粉对其物化性能的影响,还对4213保护渣在浇注过程中的作用机理进行了粗浅的探讨。使用4213保护渣浇注供皮尔格轧机用钢锭,对提高钢锭质量、改善钢管质量,获得了良好的效果。
