本研究以安徽省内栽培的58个辣椒品种为研究对象,利用SRAP分子标记技术,结合辣椒表型,探索该区域辣椒种质资源的遗传多样性和亲缘关系。从72对SRAP引物中筛选出条带清晰、明亮、多态性丰富的5对引物组合,共扩增出134条带,其中109条为多态性带,平均有21.8个多态性位点,多态率为81.3%。58份辣椒品种间的相似系数范围在0.428~0.964,应用NTSYS 2.10e软件,绘制辣椒供试品间的亲缘关系聚类图,在相似系数为0.660处分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ四类,其结果与表型关联度大,对扩大辣椒的遗传多样性分析及育种亲本的选择具有一定的借鉴作用。
In this study, 58 pepper cultivars cultivated in Anhui Province were used as research objects. The genetic diversity and genetic relationship of pepper germplasm resources in this area were explored by using SRAP molecular markers combined with the phenotype of pepper. A total of 134 bands were screened out from 72 pairs of SRAP primers with clear, bright and abundant polymorphism. Among them, 109 bands were polymorphic with an average of 21.8 polymorphic loci , The polymorphism rate was 81.3%. The similarity coefficient of 58 pepper cultivars ranged from 0.428 to 0.964. Using NTSYS 2.10e software, the phylogenetic tree of the pepper samples was drawn and divided into four groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ at a similarity coefficient of 0.660. The results are highly correlated with the phenotype, which can be used for reference for expanding the genetic diversity of pepper and breeding parent selection.
