经过20多年的发展,民营企业如雨后春笋般涌现,成为我国经济重要的一部分。但是民营企业特别是中小民营企业的融资问题则是个老大难的事情。文章从企业自身以及外部环境上分析了原因,主要从最普遍的融资方式——银行贷款入手,从民营企业内部到国家经济环境等方面得出融资难的原因。根据分析的原因文章提出企业自身应加强现代财务管理制度工作,国家也应改善经济环境。
After more than 20 years of development, private-owned enterprises have sprung up and become an important part of our economy. However, the financing of private enterprises, especially small and medium-sized private enterprises, is an arduous task. The article analyzes the reasons from the enterprises themselves and the external environment, starting from the most common financing method - bank loans, and from the private enterprises to the national economic environment, draw the financing difficulties. According to the analysis of the reasons for the article proposed that enterprises themselves should strengthen the work of modern financial management system, the state should also improve the economic environment.
