1.序言近年来,由于小型柴油机涡轮增压化的发展而实现了高功率化。因此对活塞提出了高负荷耐久性、高可靠性、高性能的要求。随着发动机的高功率化,接触高温燃气的活塞热负荷增加,活塞温度上升。在热负荷和燃烧压力都很高的柴油机上,如果对热负荷增加采取的措施不当,则功率会下降,漏气量和机油消耗量增加,噪声增大,并发生抱缸,所以,历来十分注意对活塞的研究。本文以C223型柴油机(表1)的活塞为例,简单介绍采取各种热负荷对策降低活塞温度的情况,同时介绍C223型涡轮增压柴油机用的有冷却孔(冷却通道)的活塞。
1. Introduction In recent years, high power has been achieved due to the development of turbocharger for small diesel engines. Therefore, the piston proposed high load durability, high reliability, high performance requirements. As the power of the engine increases, the piston heat load that comes into contact with the high-temperature gas increases and the piston temperature rises. In diesel engines with high heat load and high combustion pressure, if the measures taken for increasing the heat load are not proper, the power will decrease, the air leakage and the oil consumption will increase, the noise will increase and the cylinder will clog. Therefore, Pay attention to the research of piston. In this paper, the piston of C223 diesel engine (Table 1) is taken as an example to briefly introduce the various measures of thermal load to reduce the piston temperature. The piston of the C223 turbo diesel engine with cooling holes (cooling channels) is also introduced.
