1.引言4,4′-二-(二甲氨基)苯硫酮(简称硫代咪嗤酮)与钯(Ⅱ)的显色反应早有研究。新近有人合成了4,4′-二-(二乙氨基)苯硫酮(缩写名 BDTBP)并用于金的分光光度测定。该试剂与钯(Ⅱ)的反应未见报道。我们广泛地研究了 BDTBP 与贵金属的显色反应,发现在一定条件下 Pd~(2+)—BDTBP—Triton X-100三元体系的显色反应具有很高的灵敏度(ε=2.1×10~5l·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1))和选择性。本文系统地研究了钯有色络合物的形成条件及性能,拟订了在水相直接测定痕量钯的分光光度法,并试用于
1. Introduction The color reaction of 4,4’-bis- (dimethylamino) phenylthione (referred to as thiophanimidone) with palladium (II) has long been studied. Recently, 4,4’-bis- (diethylamino) phenylthione (abbreviated as BDTBP) was synthesized and used for gold spectrophotometry. The reaction of this reagent with palladium (II) has not been reported. We have extensively studied the color reaction of BDTBP with precious metals and found that the color reaction of the Pd ~ (2 +) - BDTBP-Triton X-100 ternary system has a high sensitivity under certain conditions (ε = 2.1 × 10 ~ 5l · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1)) and selectivity.
