未来5年再压减粗钢产能1亿~1.5亿吨;40-50万职工需要重新安置进入2016,钢铁行业化解过剩产能的关注度持续升温。2月4日,国务院印发的《关于钢铁行业化解过剩产能实现脱困发展的意见》(下称“《意见》”)公布,明确指出,钢铁行业化解过剩产能、实现脱困发展,要着眼于推动钢铁行业供给侧结构性改革。这被视为是未来几年我国推动钢铁行业脱困升级的“路线图”。
