目的 :探讨p5 3蛋白、p5 3mRNA和C erbB 2蛋白表达在非洲地方性和AIDS相关Kaposi肉瘤中表达的意义。方法 :用免疫组织化学和原位杂交方法 ,对 30例地方性和AIDS相关Kaposi肉瘤中p5 3和C erbB 2的表达作了标记 ,用图像分析仪对表达的阳性程度作了定量测定。根据Kaposi肉瘤组织中血管成分和梭形细胞的比例分为血管瘤样型、梭形细胞型和混合型。结果 :p5 3蛋白在血管瘤样型表达弱 ,梭形细胞型表达强 ,差异有极显著性(P <0 .0 1) ,p5 3mRNA表达在血管瘤样型高于梭形细胞型 ,两者差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。C erbB 2蛋白在梭形细胞型的表达高于血管瘤样型 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :p5 3蛋白、p5 3mRNA和C erbB 2蛋白的异常表达在Kaposi肉瘤的进展过程中发挥了重要作用
Objective: To investigate the expression of p5 3 protein, p5 3 mRNA and C erbB 2 protein in endemic and AIDS-related Kaposi’s sarcoma in Africa. Methods: The expressions of p5 3 and C erbB 2 in 30 endemic and AIDS-related Kaposi’s sarcomas were marked by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. The positive expression of these proteins was quantified by image analyzer. According to the Kaposi sarcoma vascular composition and the proportion of spindle cells divided into hemangio-type, spindle cell type and mixed type. Results: The expression of p53 protein in the hemangioma was weak and spindle cell type was strong (P <0.01). The expression of p5 3 mRNA in the hemangioma was higher than that of the spindle cell The difference was significant (P <0.01). The expression of C erbB 2 in spindle cell type was higher than that in hemangioma (P <0.05). Conclusion: Abnormal expression of p5 3 protein, p5 3 mRNA and C erbB 2 protein play an important role in the progression of Kaposi’s sarcoma
