我院自1989年10月至1990年12月,对426例内镜下确诊的胃及十二指肠疾病,就其念珠菌感染作了初步观察。426例中浅表性胃炎210例,十二指肠球部溃疡114例,胃溃疡45例,胃癌16例,十二指肠球炎13例,萎缩性胃炎9例,浅表性胃炎并发十二指肠球炎8例,浅表性胃炎并发食管炎5例,胃息肉并发浅表性胃炎6例。随机从病变处取活组织2～4块,接种于沙堡(Sabouraud)培养基上,置35℃温箱孵育,72h后取酵母菌落接种于玉蜀黍培养基及糖类作菌种鉴定。 结果:426例中有念珠菌感染116例,总感染率为27.2％,其中男90例,女26例,年龄:20～80岁,以
Our hospital from October 1989 to December 1990, 426 cases of endoscopic diagnosis of gastric and duodenal diseases, its candidiasis was initially observed. 426 cases of superficial gastritis in 210 cases, 114 cases of duodenal ulcer, 45 cases of gastric ulcer, 16 cases of gastric cancer, 13 cases of duodenal inflammation, atrophic gastritis in 9 cases, superficial gastritis complicated with ten 8 cases of enteritis, 5 cases of superficial gastritis complicated with esophagitis, 6 cases of superficial gastritis complicated by gastric polyps. Randomly from the lesion biopsies from 2 to 4, was inoculated on the Sabouraud medium, incubated at 35 ℃ incubator, 72h after the yeast colonies were inoculated on maize medium and carbohydrates for identification. Results: There were 116 Candida infections in 426 cases, the total infection rate was 27.2%, including 90 males and 26 females, aged from 20 to 80 years old.
