“合谋性沉默”是指“在私人生活和公共生活中,人们对于某些‘不方便谈论’的事实,会集体保持沉默的现象”。本文以2016年1月20日发生在Facebook上的“FB表情包大战”为实例,结合美国社会学教授伊维塔·泽鲁巴维尔的“合谋性沉默”理论,提出“新型表情包”对社会空间的“合谋性沉默”具有消解功能。文章阐释“新型表情包”编码与解码的创新缔造出了“图像+文字”的新型组合。这种新的形式运用在社会生活中具有缓和传受双方的矛盾,加强互动从而消解沉默的功能。从社会内部的心理层面而言,它可以促使群体内部产生心理共鸣,打破沉默“双重壁垒”。从社会外部的结构层面而言它又可以规避权力风险,降低打破沉默所需成本。

From the social level, it can avoid the risk of power and reduce the cost of breaking the silence.
