电泳方法是凭借电场力对溶液中可溶性离子等带电粒子进行分离的实验手段,近年来该方法在国外开始用于多种重金属络合平衡的研究,但对汞络合水解的电泳研究尚未见报导。 本研究工作参考前运河河口水体背景值,设计了汞的络合水解状态分析的三组实验,涉及水解沉淀生成条件,可溶性状态的分离和定量分析,pH值、主要配位体离子、沉积物及陈化时间的影响。主要采用了电泳技术配合示踪原子检测。但该方法仅适于分离和测定溶液中的状态。因此,对水解沉淀的生成采用浊度测定法,对广泛的pH及p[Hg]
