政治與經濟間的密切關係,是我們大家所熟知的,而且政治上的多種變動,多是隨着經濟條件的變動而發展的。現世界之所以走上戰爭之途,自然是現階段資本主義經濟發展的結果。現階段資本主義經濟的最大特徵,就是全世界的經濟恐慌之不斷發生,舊的恐慌還沒有完全過去,新的恐慌又繼之而來。這種泛濫世界的經濟恐慌反映於世界政治上。就是國際政局的日益緊張,帶來了世界戰爭的威脅。
The close relationship between politics and economy is well known to all of us, and many changes in politics are mostly developed along with changes in economic conditions. The reason why the world has embarked on the road to war is naturally the result of the capitalist economic development at this stage. The most prominent feature of the capitalist economy at this stage is that the global economic panic continues to occur. The old panic has not yet completely passed. New panics have followed. The economic panic of this flood of the world is reflected in world politics. It is the increasing tension in the international political arena that has brought about the threat of a world war.
