二氧化釱的測定,基于在鈍性气流中将四价釱还原成三价,然后以NH_4CNS(KCNS),或馬錢子硷与硝酸的衍生物作指示剂,用标准三价鉄盐滴定之。許多书土提到在章斯还原器(管)中,用二氧化碳气流保护下,以鎘将釱还原。这种还原方法虽能得到准确的結果,但是手續繁杂,需用較多的仪器及消耗大量的盐酸和大理石,而且分析时間长,很不經济,不能全面符合“好、快、省”的原則。为此我們曾经设法改进,試在三角瓶口上以盛有NaHCO_3溶液的漏斗隔絕空气,用金属鋅进行还原。
The determination of diazoxide is based on the reduction of the tetravalent acenaphthan to trivalent in a stream of inert gas and then titration with a standard trivalent phosphonium salt using NH4CNS (KCNS) or a derivative of strychnine and nitric acid as an indicator . Although this method can get accurate results, complicated procedures require more equipment and consume a lot of hydrochloric acid and marble, and the analysis time is long, it is not economical, can not fully meet the “good, fast, provincial” in principle.
