In the era of knowledge-based economy, the survival, development, and success of a company depend, in the final analysis, on its knowledge institutions, knowledge management, and innovation capabilities. Therefore, companies must take the promotion of enterprise transformation and innovation capabilities as a fundamental strategic measure for economic development. This requires companies to constantly update their knowledge, establish customer relationship management, process management, quality management, human resources management and crisis management, and actively carry out change and innovation through knowledge management to promote the sustainable development of society and enterprises.
