本文从全球价值链的角度拓展了对产业集群风险的研究,运用实地调研成果,分析全球价值链分工与浙江纺织业集群风险形成的关联机制。明确了基于全球价值链分工的浙江纺织业集群的风险主要表现在4个方面即:全球价值链的空间分化中成本优势的丧失和资源的匮乏、增值链的非均衡造成的对外部联系的过度依赖、全球价值链治理下的集群升级困难、发达国家贸易壁垒的限制。
This paper expands the research on industrial cluster risk from the perspective of global value chain and uses the field research results to analyze the related mechanism of the global value chain division of labor and the formation of Zhejiang textile cluster risk. It is clear that the risks of the Zhejiang textile cluster based on the division of labor in the global value chain are mainly manifested in four aspects: the loss of cost advantage and the lack of resources in the spatial differentiation of the global value chain, and the excessive external links caused by the unbalanced value added chain Dependence, difficulties in upgrading clusters under the management of global value chains, and restrictions on trade barriers in developed countries.
