河北省霸州市胜芳镇地处华北平原中东部,距北京100公里,离天津40公里。古镇胜芳始建于春秋末年,这里曾经是一片烟波浩渺的水乡,呈现出“满塘艳荷香且盛,沿堤杨柳翠似屏”的水乡美景。因其悠久的历史和便利的交通,胜芳镇逐步成为北方重要的水陆码头和物资集散地,“水则帆樯林立,陆则车马喧阗”即是对胜芳镇繁华的商贸活动的描写。
Shengfang Town, Bazhou City, Hebei Province is located in the central and eastern part of North China Plain, 100 kilometers away from Beijing and 40 kilometers away from Tianjin. The ancient town of Shengfang was built in the late spring and autumn, where once was a vast expanse of water, showing a “full Tang Yan Hong and Sheng, along the dike Willow Cuiping” water beauty. Due to its long history and convenient transportation, Shengfang Town has gradually become an important distribution center for water and land terminals and materials in the north. “Water is full of sail, and land is noisy”, which is a bustling commercial activity in Shengfang Town description.
