“入世”五年来,我国版权贸易进一步发展,版权贸易数量与版权交易额均不断提高。同时,出版界及学界日益重视对版权贸易的学术研究。本述评主要围绕版权引进与输出两方面梳理五年来我国版权贸易的学术研究成果。
In the five years since China’s accession to the WTO, China’s copyright trade has further developed. The number of copyright trade and the amount of copyright transactions have been continuously increasing. At the same time, the publishing industry and academia have paid increasing attention to academic research on copyright trade. This review mainly focuses on the academic research results of China’s copyright trade in the past five years focusing on the introduction and export of copyright.
